				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wink at you. So uncross your ankles from underneath the table and sit there nice and relaxed. Deep breath for me everyone. Breath in, hold for a moment or two and breath out.   And let’s do that again let’s breath in and hold it for a moment or two and breathe out.</p>
<p>Okay so one of the great philosophers of the world and when I went to speak in Iran, I did some research into some of the great philosophers of the region.  And in 1200, the year about 1200 there was a guy called Milana and Milana was a great philosopher and studied all the great philosophers and he became a great philosopher himself. And now he’s recognized as the top ten great philosophers in the world. Now philosophy is something that I enjoy and he said something, “sow your cleverness with bewilderment” and I think that’s profound.  Knowing that you don’t know is a great room to be in.  And tapping into what you don’t know don’t know is exciting and adventurous. And I’m going to ask you a question: what is it that you don’t know you don’t know?  How much do we know?</p>

<p>Now what we’ve got Anthony is we’re going into a –we’ve got one core topic. And a series of stories relating to that which is change and learning. Now we’ve got a second core subject and basically what we’ve got here is horse story, we’ve got seat on the bus, and we’ve also got when things go wrong.<br />
We’ve got –so horse story, seat on the bus, when things go wrong in judo.  There’s three different stories there. There’s horse story, there’s seat on bus story, and there’s story about judo and this is where you can start to talk about judo and how you got involved in judo. The most successful and happiest people out there are the people that actively participate in personal development. What books have you got? What audio are you listening to? What conferences are you going to  push yourself within your career. To push yourself personally.  </p>
<p>So we’re identifying where you made the changes. It’s important to identify why change – identifying change is important and then how that relates to the audience. How does that relate to their work? How does that relate to what they want to achieve out of life? How does that relate to their relationships? How does that relate to –you know changing the suburb they want to live in? How does that relate to the conversation they want to have with themselves about change?</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So really what we’ve got here is we’ve got a heading here and this is for you Gemma. The heading is change and learning.  Underneath that heading is some core points. Body loss , rapport with nurses, these are all points.  So body loss, rapport with nurses, change, learning new skills, pushing barriers , myths and stereotypes.  So there are the points.  Underneath those points is another three core points.  So under change and learning you’ve got change and learning as a key point identifying where the change needs to be made. And so you can talk about that and you can talk about where the audience, how the audience can identify areas that they need to change.  It might be in business, how you’re evolving, how you’re adapting, how you’re growing.</p>

Okay  now this relates to –and you can talk about identifying where change needs to be made and you can very easily go back to your story like when I spoke about the stereotypes or when I spoke about this you know identify the change needed to be made for me to actually have a good life I  identified  the change that needed to be made. And you need to talk about how identifying where changes need to be made in that story but then you identify where change needs to be made in their life, in the audience life. So audience—audience where changes need to be made.</p>

It’s certainly evolving, it’s gathering knowledge and new skills.</p>

Well, we can only have one .<br />
You want it to be change? Gathering knowledge and skills is um—</p>

What are the three things again? Just run that by me.</p>
<p>David:<br />
We’ve got body loss, we’ve got rapport with nurses, we’ve got change, learning new skills.</p>

I think it would have to be change. I think dealing with change.</p>

I think it would be change and evolving. Change and learning. Change and learning. Now under change and learning … under change and learning we want three core points that you can talk about and know a lot of knowledge about so you can talk about each of three key points and underneath that we need you to have knowledge about it. We need you to be able to talk about it.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Then in the delta stage, this is a level of unconsciousness deep sleep, however in this stage, you can still be suggestible and decision work very well when somebody is sleeping. This is around 4 cycles per second it is important to know that when you are in the alpha stage you are 200 times more suggestible and able to influence your sub conscious mind.  The sub conscious mind itself is like an aspect this is the part where we can see the surface and there is a part where we can’t see that is under the water.  And the subconscious mind  is responsible for the way you talk, the way you walk you don’t have to think about when you’re walking it is responsible for your hot  bathing and it is responsible for your believe system and your perceptions and the good way of getting it the sub conscious mind is by going in the alpha stage.  Keep in mind that in the alpha stage, when you are highly suggestible that you are aware of what is going on around you.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Then there is the alpha stage when the brainwaves have slowed down slowly.  In this stage wherein the stage of physical and mental relaxation we are aware of what is happening around us and this frequency is between 7 and 13 pauses per second.  Often when we are driving a car we are in the alpha stage we are aware of what is happening around us that we are in a relaxed stage and half date is slowed and the brainwaves are in the alpha stage.  However we are consciously aware of what is happening around us.  It can also be likened to play video again you can be in a trans lack stage and time can almost feel like standing still you can play a video game for 2 hours and feel like it’s only be for 20 minutes and while playing the video game, you are in a relaxed stage but if someone asks you a question, you can easily answer it because you are in a conscious stage.</p>
